The aerating blade, set at a slight angle, efficiently whips or beats liquids, transforming skim milk into a fluffy topping. The chopping blade efficiently dices both raw and cooked fruits and vegetables, making fruit ice creams, sorbets, and smoothies, as well as crushing ice and pureeing soups and sauces directly in the pan on the stove.

The open mixing head design generates rotating currents that draw food downward toward the blades for thorough processing, enabling faster and more effective mixing.
